Prior to joining lululemon in August 2018, Mr. McDonald served for five years as president and CEO of Sephora America’s, a division of the LVMH group of luxury brands, during a period of double-digit growth. Earlier in his career, Calvin spent two years as President and CEO of Sears Canada and 17 years at Loblaw Companies Limited, the largest retailer in Canada.
He earned his MBA from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. Born and raised in Canada, Mr. McDonald is an endurance athlete who frequently competes in ironman distance triathlons and marathons. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their four children.

Yan joined Honeywell in 2005 and was appointed as General Manager of Process Automation Solutions (PAS) of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) of Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) for Greater China in 2013. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of HPS within Honeywell’s PMT strategic business group, where he was responsible for the production, operations, sales and strategic development of HPS in Greater China. Before joining Honeywell, Yan worked for Invensys (acquired by Schneider Electric) for nine years in Singapore and Malaysia. Liu Xuexin holds a PhD in Economics. Currently he is a professor and Dean of College of Business Administration, Captital University of Economics and Business. He also serves as the Deputy Director of Central Economic Committe of Jiusan Society and the Director of Beijing Economic Committe of Jiusan Society, and the Member of the 15th Beijing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Leader of the Budget Supervision Group;Vice Chairman of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration. Dany Qian is a Global Vice President of JinkoSolar, one of the world’s largest solar panel manufacturer. As part of Jinko’s leadership team, Ms. Qian has extensive experience on scaling businesses in the solar industry and led the execution of JinkoSolar’s market positioning strategy through the company’s transformation into an industry leader. Dany Qian has been very active in the global sustainability conversation and she is also one of the most widely recognized executives in the solar industry.

Ms. Qian has been a core member of the B20 Energy, Climate and Sustainable Development Group for eight consecutive years since 2016, including being elected as Co-Chair of the B20 German taskforce on Energy, Climate and Resource Efficiency in 2017, as well as B20 India taskforce on Tech, Innovation and R&D in 2023. Ms. Qian was the only PV representative invited to attend the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Workshop on Climate Transition and Sustainable Finance in 2020. Ms. Qian was also invited to attend the Green Recovery Seminar hosted by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In September 2019, Ms. Qian was invited as the only Chinese entrepreneur representative to attend the 2019 UN Climate Action Summit held at the UN Headquarters in New York, USA, to discuss how renewable energy can help achieve climate goals. Prior to that, Ms. Qian represented the clean energy industry at the "Low Carbon Action by Enterprises" side event at the 2015 Paris Climate Conference to witness the signing of the Paris Agreement.
