He actively externalizes Lenovo's accumulated internal digital experiences and capabilities to empower various industries, thereby building Lenovo China's distinctive competitiveness in "end-to-end services from consultancy to IT support for customers' comprehensive intelligent transformation journey".

Prior to joining Lenovo, Amu had over 10 years of experience in strategic planning and execution in the fields of strategic management consulting and the internet industry. From 2015 to 2017, he served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Management at LeTV Holdings, as well as the Director of the President's Office. During this time, he proposed innovative concepts such as "Internet Ecosystem". Before that, from 2006 to 2014, he worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultancy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., one of the world's top strategic management consulting firms, where he distinguished himself as an outstanding consultant, project manager, and principal with the fastest growth rate in Roland Berger's history.

His outstanding work experience stems from an excellent educational background. In 2000, Amu was admitted to the Department of Biology at Tsinghua University from his hometown Kashgar as the top scorer of science in Xinjiang during the college entrance examination. In 2004, he graduated as an outstanding student with a Bachelor of Science degree and was directly admitted to Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management, where he obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management as an outstanding graduate of the university in 2006.

Albert is a member of the Board of Directors of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Shanghai/Beijing Chapter, is a Chartered member of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and member of RIBA China100. Albert is appointed as a member of international panel of Experts of Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), effective 2023-25. Evan Sheng Guo joined Zhaopin as chief executive officer in 2010. He took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ZPIN) on June 12, 2014. Prior to joining Zhaopin, Mr. Guo served as chief executive officer of Shanghai-listed Sinotrans Air Transportation Development Co., Inc. Earlier, Mr. Guo worked for McKinsey & Co. for seven years. Ms. Hu also holds the position of director at the Carbon Neutrality Laboratory within Tsinghua-HKUST Research Institute. In recent years, he has personally led several key research and development projects, including those within the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program. Under his leadership, the company has successfully applied for and established innovation centers at the provincial level, such as the Shandong Provincial Technology Innovation Center and Changsha's New Generation Artificial Intelligence Open Innovation Platform. Another is the smart public transportation network optimization system, which, after being applied to 60 major routes in Xining, reduced daily inefficient mileage by 22,000 km and saved over RMB 60 million in costs annually. Ma Xiaolong graduated from Zhejiang University with a major in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering and earned a doctoral degree. He serves as the head of the Shandong Provincial Urban Road Traffic Equipment Intelligent Technology Innovation Center and holds positions as a senior engineer at the Pengcheng Laboratory of the National University of Defense Technology, a reviewer for the Ministry of Science and Technology, a recipient of the 13th Qingdao Youth Science and Technology Award, and an expert enjoying special government allowances from the Qingdao Municipal Government. Having more than 15 years working experience in the green finance and banking, she is experienced in green finance related policy, market, standards, products, business and other practices. Deeply participated in the establishment of the first green finance specialized institution, drafted some green finance supervision associated policies, hosted and participated in several green finance projects from the national ministries and other international institutions.
