Ms. CAI, Jinqing has been President of Kering Greater China since 2018. From 2012 to 2018, Ms. Cai worked for Christie's, the world’s leading art auction house, contributing to making it the first international auction house obtained an independent auction license and authorized to hold sales in mainland China. During her tenure at Christie's, Ms. Cai was appointed the first Managing Director of Christie's China, going on to become President and Chairman respectively. Ms. Cai retains her role as Chairwoman of Christie's Asia Advisory Board.
From 2005 to 2012, Ms. Cai was the founding partner of Brunswick Beijing, a world-renowned public relations consulting firm, where she played a central role in cross-border transactions for the firm’s high-profile multinational clients. Prior to that, Ms. Cai founded New Alliance Consulting International and managed the annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia as an exclusive public relations consultant of the forum, building a communication platform for important political and business leaders.
Ms. Cai has joined the Board of Mandarin Oriental International Limited as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st December 2021. Ms. Xu earned her bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University's Department of Thermal Engineering. She later secured a master's from Tsinghua's School of Economics and Management and MIT's Sloan School of Management. Following this, she furthered her insights into entrepreneurship and innovation at UCLA's Anderson School of Management and Stanford's Graduate School of Business in the U.S.

Bessie Yuan is General Manager of Microsoft China. In this capacity, she is responsible for overall leadership Microsoft’s business in China, actively promoting the advantages of Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud services and solutions across an extensive network of customers and partners. She leads the customer and partner solutions team to empower Chinese commercial customers to connect with global opportunities and help multinational companies expand their operations in China. Through the disciplines of constant learning and continuous transformation, ecosystem and community engagement, Bessie leads the China organization to develop deep industry expertise,centered on unleashing the enormous potential of the China market, driven by the benefits of Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud.
Bessie has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including in technical roles, sales management and leadership roles in multinational companies including VMware, Oracle and Hyperion. She served as General Manager of Microsoft China’s Small, Medium and Corporate (SMC) business, and then led the Enterprise Commercial Group(EC) at Microsoft China from 2017 to 2021. In these roles, she excelled at serving enterprise customers in manufacturing, high-tech, financial service, retail, telecom and professional service industries, earning extensive experience leading critical projects across digital transformation, big data, AI and enterprise applications.
Under Bessie’s leadership, Microsoft China transformed it’s engagement model, to one of listening, learning and putting the needs of customers first, focusing on execution excellence to deliver the highest level of customer service. She led the transformation of Microsoft China’s businesses in smart retail, smart manufacturing, smart healthcare, smart finance, and other sectors by fusing innovative technologies and industry insights to advance customer capabilities and deliver double-digit growth for Microsoft.
Bessie’s leadership has not only been characterized by business performance, but also by her excellence as a role model and commitment to growing and developing inclusive, cohesive, collaborative and high-performing teams. She is a powerful advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion and passionate about giving back to the community. Phyllis is the architect of McDonald’s China’s accelerated growth vision and plans, since becoming CEO in 2015. She led the team to start a new chapter of McDonald’s China under local ownership, known as “Jin Gong Men”. Under her leadership, the number of restaurants in the Chinese mainland has doubled and gained a bigger market share. China is now the second-largest market by store number in the McDonald’s system worldwide. Envisioning the digital future of consumer markets, Phyllis has transformed the company into a smarter organization with comprehensive data system, capacity, and culture. Phyllis is at the forefront of omnichannel digital platforms innovations to deliver better customer dining experience. Phyllis is also a champion of the “Green Growth Engine” of McDonald’s China. She initiated various sustainability programs covering regenerative agriculture, green restaurants, children’s welfare, and youth employment.
Phyllis joined McDonald’s in 2000 and has served as Managing Director of Singapore and Regional Manager of Malaysia. Prior to McDonald’s, Phyllis worked at top global advertising agencies, including J. Walter Thompson and Leo Burnett. She also had a start-up experience of brand consultancy in India.

Zhang Weili is a Chinese professional mixed martial artist. She currently competes in the women's Strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where she is the current and two-time UFC Women's Strawweight Champion. A professional competitor since 2013, Zhang formerly competed for Kunlun Fight (KLF), where she was the KLF Women's Strawweight Champion. As of September 5, 2023, she is #2 in the UFC women's pound-for-pound rankings.
Cherry Zhu is currently president of Dow Greater China. She leads the strategic business growth, market development and financial performance for the region. She also plays a key role enhancing company’s employee experience in Greater China and advancing a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Previously, Cherry was global product director for Dow Consumer Solutions responsible for leading Engineered Materials and Elastomers growth and managing business Profit & Loss.
Zhu joined Dow in 2001 as technical service & development engineer for Engineering Plastics in China. Since 2004, she had taken on various leadership roles, including product manager for glass bonding adhesives in Europe, Asia Pacific commercial director for Dow Automotive Systems, and Asia Pacific product director for Dow Elastomers.
Cherry earned her master’s degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000 and her MBA from Northwood University, USA in 2010. She stays with her family in Shanghai.
Ms. Jerry Zhang is Executive Vice Chairman and CEO, Standard Chartered China, and China & Japan Cluster CEO, Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to this role, Jerry has held a variety of senior roles at Standard Chartered China. She was the Bank’s Deputy CEO, China and CEO, North China and General Manager, Beijing Branch. Her key focuses were strategic planning, business development and corporate governance of the Bank’s operations in North China. As the General Manager of Beijing Branch, she was also responsible for overall management of Beijing Branch.
Jerry enjoys a strong track record in setting up good relationship with clients and creating value both for the bank and the clients. In her position as Head of Financial Institutions (“FI”), Jerry has led to achieve frog leap developments of the Bank’s FI business, which has become the biggest FI business amongst all foreign banks in China in almost all aspects.
Jerry joined Standard Chartered in 1994, and has accumulated rich mplementation and management experiences in wholesale banking business. She has successfully established non-banking financial institutions business in China for the Bank. In 2009, she has left the Bank for a short duration, and taken the role as Chief Representative of Fidelity International Asset Management Co. Beijing Representative Office.

Angela Zhao was the asset manager of the family office of LVMH Group‘s global headquarters (the only Asian employee in the world) and the deputy chief representative of Belgium’s sovereign fund in China. She has 15 years of experience in equity investment, cross- border mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise management. Angela has managed more than ten US dollar funds with a management scale of more than 50 billion US dollars. She has invested in more than 30 companies around the world, including Uber, Farfetch, Illumina, Terrafugia, Flexport, Wuxi Pharma, Canbridge, Montage Technology, Best Semiconductor, Horizon Robotics etc. Angela serves as the leader of HPR and oversees the overall funds management. She holds an MBA degree from INSEEC.
Samantha Zhu is Accenture's Chairperson and Market Unit Lead for Greater China. She leads a team of around 18,000 professionals that offer Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations services and Accenture Song to a wide variety of clients in the region including state-owned entities, private enterprises, and multinationals.
Prior to her current role, Samantha was the Client Group Lead of Communications Media & Technology for Accenture Greater China. She is responsible for strategic decisions, leading her team to provide professional services to clients in the communications, media and high-tech industries.
Before that, Samantha was the Lead of Operations, Accenture Greater China, leading transformational business process outsourcing and information technology infrastructure services, and providing end-to-end intelligent operations solutions for large foreign enterprises, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation.
Samantha joined Accenture in 1997 and became a managing director in 2009. During her 20+ years with Accenture, Samantha has been specialized in designing, building and operating large-scale global, regional (APAC) and China transformational outsourcing projects, and delivering management consulting projects including business process re-engineering. ERP system implementation, organization and human performance management and change management for companies in High Tech and manufacturing industries.
Samantha took the Human Capital and Diversity Lead and the Corporate Citizenship Council Lead for Accenture Greater China from 2012 to 2016, passionately driving and leading Human Capital Strategy design, Leadership Development Program designand implementation, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and Corporate Citizenship program and project implementation in Greater China.

Zhu Sijie previously worked at Shanda Capital and founded Scheme Capital in 2015. In Scheme, Zhu is responsible for financing project transactions and investor relations(IR), and has led multiple rounds of financing for projects such as LandSpace Technology, Hairobotics, and Greater Bay Technology. She has built an IR system with over 8,500 investment institutions and more than 26,000 investors. Zhu advocates using the spirit of excellence to amplify and transmit the value of customer enterprises, and achieved a super high success rate of over 80% in overall transactions for Scheme Cpaital.
