Ms. CAI, Jinqing has been President of Kering Greater China since 2018. She is committed to enhancing the visibility of Kering in Greater China, strengthening the Group’s ties with its partners, propelling the long-term development of the Group’s Maisons in the local market, and promoting the increasingly significant role of Greater China in the global marketplace.
From 2012 to 2018, Ms. Cai worked for Christie's, the world’s leading art auction house, contributing to making it the first international auction house obtained an independent auction license and authorized to hold sales in mainland China. During her tenure at Christie's, Ms. Cai was appointed the first Managing Director of Christie's China, going on to become President and Chairman respectively. Ms. Cai retains her role as Chairwoman of Christie's Asia Advisory Board.
From 2005 to 2012, Ms. Cai was the founding partner of Brunswick Beijing, a world-renowned public relations consulting firm, where she played a central role in cross-border transactions for the firm’s high-profile multinational clients. Prior to that, Ms. Cai founded New Alliance Consulting International and managed the annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia as an exclusive public relations consultant of the forum, building a communication platform for important political and business leaders.
Ms. Cai has joined the Board of Mandarin Oriental International Limited as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st December 2021. Ms. Cai also serves as the Vice President of Teach for China, one of the leading charities in China, a non-profit organization focusing on educational inequality throughout the country.

Ms. Chen is the Managing Director of the Data and Analytics business of the London Stock Exchange Group, overlooking Greater China and North Asia markets, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development and sales management across the financial services and technology sectors.
Since joining the data and analytics business in 2006, Ms. Chen has been responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the company over the past 17 years, and has been committed to client servicing, working with partners to promote the development of China’s financial market, including strategic partnerships with China’s four major state-owned banks, various financial institutions, listed companies and government agencies. She was named Fortune's Most Powerful Woman in Business in China in 2021 and 2022.
Ms. Chen now focuses on the provision of industry data and solutions services for Greater China and North Asia markets, by leading the team to provide customers with financial information and data services from around the world, including financial and risk management software, workflow solutions, content, analysis and business insights. 
Previously, Ms. Chen worked at IBM, where she participated in numerous customer partnership and business consulting projects.
Ms. Chen holds a double degree in finance and law. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family. She is the mother of two boys.

Dr. Dong served as a part-time professor and Academic Committee Member at the Research Center for Technological Innovation of Tsinghua University. She was a distinguished professor of Soochow University, and the director of the Center for Enterprise Innovation and Development of Soochow University. Through her career, she has worked for Fortune 500 technology companies such as Lucent and Cisco, as well as financial companies and scientific institutes.
Dr. Dong finished her Ph.D. degree in physics in Carnegie Mellon University in 1988 and B.S. in Zhongshan University in 1982.

Grace is the founder of production company Tigon Pictures., Pte Ltd in Singapore and she isalso one of the executive producers of film “Orang Ikan” which got Singapore IMDA 2022 “Go Global” Grant. In addition to her roles as a female business leader, writer and director, Grace is actively involved in social and philanthropic activities.
