Vivian Bian is appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Roche Pharma China on October 1, 2021, responsible for leading its pharmaceutical business in China with a wide range of products in key areas including oncology, rare diseases, and transplantation. Roche is one of the first global pharmaceutical companies that have established a full value chain from Research and Development to Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales in China.
Vivian joined Roche in April 2019 as Head of Market Access for Pharma China. She has advocated for a more favorable and sustainable access environment to enable broader access for Chinese patients to Roche innovation. She has forged flagship strategic partnerships with the healthcare ecosystem stakeholders under Roche China Strategy to improve the healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes.

Ms. Veronique Yang is a Managing Director and Senior Partner of Boston Consulting Group. She is the head of BCG Consumer Products practice in Greater China. She is also the leader of BCG fashion & luxury practice in AP and BCG Shanghai office head.
Veronique has almost 20 years’ experience in consumer goods and retail sectors, providing consulting services to global and local players. Her experience covers various strategy and operational topics, including strategy planning, digital transformation, big data & analytics, market entry, business model innovation, brand positioning and marketing, channel development, e-commerce, organization design, and M&A integration.

As a historical legend of Chinese winter sports, Yang Yang has achieved the Chinese delegation's breakthrough in the gold medal at the Winter Olympics with winning the individual all-around championship of the World Championships six times and is still the only Chinese athlete who has won 59 world class gold medals .

Retired in 2006, Yang Yang ended his 23-year sports career and has
explored a variety of new identities at all fields. She is actively involved
in sports business and has served as a member of the ISU Committee,
the Olympic Committee, and the chairman of the Athlete Committee
of Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee. Earlier this year,
Yang Yang acted as the Vice president of the New World Anti-Doping
Agency (WADA), protecting the rights and interests of athletes and a
fair environment, while shouldering the responsibility of promoting the
voice of China on international sports platforms.
In addition, Yang Yang was frequently invited to attend a variety of international conferences and public speeches, spreading her ideas to the public and society regarding sports, youth development, and social goods. She is indeed a well-deserved pioneer of Chinese sports culture.
Mrs. Eva Zhang has almost 20 years of experience in R&D and management at some of the world’s top international medical companies. She has worked in the R&D team at GE Healthcare, and later served as R&D Director at Johnson & Johnson’s Asia Pacific R&D Center. With the commitment to establish a Chinese Brand in the global field of cutting-edge medical technology, she founded her own company, IntoCare Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., in 2015.

Zhang Weili is a Chinese mixed martial artist. She competes in the strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where she is the current and two-time UFC Women's Strawweight Champion. She is the first ever Chinese champion in UFC .
When she was 12, her parents sent her to a specialized martial arts school in Handan where she began training in Sanda. After winning Sanda championships of the Hebei province multiple times, a recurring back injury sustained in training forced her to quit the sport early.
At the age of 17 she moved to Beijing, where she worked various odd jobs: cashier at a supermarket, kindergarten teacher, security guard and hotel desk clerk. In 2010 she found a job at a local Beijing gym as a fitness instructor, and was allowed to use their equipment for free after the gym closed in the evenings. She later switched to a front desk job, through which she got to know fighters who trained at the gym. In 2012, She was noticed by coach Cai Xuejun, who recognized her potential and started training her in MMA.
Zhang Weili reclaimed her UFC strawweight champion title in November 2022 at Madison Square Garden in New York after she losing the belt in April 2021.

Zhang joined FORTUNE China in 2009, and was promoted to Executive Editor in 2013. Zhang currently have more than 2.9 million followers on LinkedIn. Before joining FORTUNE China, Zhang was Managing Editor of InformationWeek China. In 2004, he was admitted by Cambridge, Oxford and Carnegie Mellon University and chose to pursue MSc of Computer Science in Oxford. In 2005, he graduated with straight “A”s from Oxford University, gave up an early offer from a sub company of News Corporation in West London and came back home to continue his career in China’s media business.
Zhang has a BA in English & American Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University and joined China Daily to work as a reporter and editor. In his earlier days, Zhang won the “best story award” from China Daily twice and played a key role in creating the ELT weeklies for the group. Zhang also got the Certificates of "Building a Business" course from Said Business School, Oxford University, and Finance Media EMBA Fellowship Program from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.
Ingrid Zhang has been President of Novartis Innovative Medicines since June 1, 2022. She oversees the operation and development of Novartis Innovative Medicines across the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong. In this role, Ingrid has been focusing on driving “patient-centric” innovation in the organization and the healthcare industry.
Ingrid was President of Novartis Pharmaceuticals China from 2017 to May 2022. Under her leadership, the company has been accelerating high-quality innovative medicines to China in order to address public health needs, enhancing patients’ access to innovative medicines, and developing an agile and innovative team via culture transformation.
In August 2015, Ingrid was appointed as Country Pharma Organization head & Country President, Poland. During the tenure, she has accumulated valuable experience of leading an international team and achieving significant patient impact.
Prior to joining Novartis in 2011, Ingrid held multiple management roles for multinational pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca and Pfizer in different locations, and different disease areas. Ingrid started her career at McKinsey & Company, focusing on healthcare practices.
In addition, Ingrid is the vice chairman of R&D-based Pharmaceutical Association Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (RDPAC), driving industry initiatives to help achieve the goal of Healthy China.
Ingrid received a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Samantha Zhu is Accenture's Chairperson and Market Unit Lead for Greater China. She leads a team of 20,000 professionals that offer Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations services and Accenture Song to a wide variety of clients in the region including state-owned entities, private enterprises, and multinationals.
Prior to her current role, Samantha was the Client Group Lead of Communications, Media & Technology for Accenture Greater China. She is responsible for strategic decisions, leading her team to provide professional services to clients in the communications, media and high-tech industries. Before that, Samantha was the Lead of Operations, Accenture Greater China, leading transformational business process outsourcing and information technology infrastructure services, and providing end-to-end intelligent operations solutions for large foreign enterprises, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation.
Samantha joined Accenture in 1997 and became a managing director in 2009. During her 20+ years with Accenture, Samantha has been specialized in designing, building and operating large- scale global, regional (APAC) and China transformational outsourcing projects, and delivering management consulting projects including business process re-engineering, ERP system implementation, organization and human performance management and change management for companies in High Tech and manufacturing industries.
