Nick Careen
Senior Vice President Airport Passenger Cargo and Security (APCS) at IATACurrently IATA’s Senior Vice President for the Airport, Passenger, Cargo and Security Division, Nick is responsible for IATA’s relations with Airports, Fuel supply, Passenger experience, Cargo, Security and Ground Handling for IATA Member airlines and industry partners around the world. He also has corporate responsibility for IATA’s training, publications and consulting portfolios.
Prior to assuming this role in March 2020, Fabio served as the lead for our Asia Pacific markets, including Japan and Greater China, for clients in industries such as air, freight and travel services, industrial equipment and automotive, consumer goods and services, infrastructure and transportation services, life sciences, and retail. In this role, he helped to triple the size of Accenture’s business across Asia.
Nick built his career in Air Canada and its subsidiary Jazz where along the way has had experience managing various aspects of the airport operations, including Inflight, Flight Operations, Operations Control, and Maintenance, his last role prior to joining IATA, was Vice President of Airports, Call Centers and Customer Relations for Air Canada. Nick brings with him a wealth of experience covering all facets airline operations, human resource management, labor and government relations.
Grady McGregor

Jennifer is a Forbes World's Top 50 Women in Tech in 2018 and a Co-Chair of Fortune Global Tech Forum in 2019.
Jennifer is a China Fellow of The Aspen Institute and has a dual Fellowship at The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House). In 2014, Jennifer was appointed as one of the 18 council members of China Council convened by the Global Agenda Council, the World Economic Forum’s think tank. In 2016, WEF re-appointed her to be one of 20 members of the inaugural Council of The Future of Blockchain, and in 2020, the Data Policy Council. Jennifer was honored by WEF as a Young Global Leader in 2013. She studied Applied Mathematics at Sichuan University and MBA in Finance at Manchester Business School. She completed the public policy and leadership program at Yale University in 2013, in Harvard Kennedy School in 2016, and in Oxford University in 2017. She also graduated from the inaugural executive program on sustainability energy and leadership at Princeton University in 2018.
